In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below. References to the singular include the plural and vice versa. Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.

jp303 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility from any Member at any time. Failure to provide such proof within a reasonable period, not less than seventy-two (72) hours from the date of the request, may result in account suspension.

Each eligible individual may register one (1) jp303 Account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same name, different names, different email addresses, or different device configurations — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

3.1 Registration Information

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name as it appears on your national identity document (KTP or passport), a valid email address, a valid Indonesian mobile phone number, and your date of birth. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any two-factor authentication credentials associated with your Account. jp303 strongly recommends the use of a unique password not used on any other platform. You agree to notify jp303 immediately via live chat or email if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.

3.3 Account Ownership

jp303 Accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable. Selling, transferring, purchasing, or otherwise dealing in jp303 Accounts is prohibited. Any Account found to have been transferred or sold will be permanently suspended.

jp303 is required to verify the identity of all Members as part of its commitment to security, anti-money laundering (AML) compliance, and responsible gaming obligations. KYC verification is mandatory before any withdrawal is processed, and jp303 may request verification at any earlier point at its sole discretion.

4.1 Required Documents

Members will be asked to provide one or more of the following documents during the KYC process:

4.2 Verification Timelines

jp303 aims to complete KYC reviews within twenty-four (24) hours of receiving all required documents during business hours (09:00–22:00 WIB). During peak periods, processing may take up to seventy-two (72) hours. Members will be notified via email and live chat upon successful verification or if additional documentation is required.

4.3 Refusal to Verify

If a Member refuses to provide KYC documentation, or if the documents provided cannot be verified as authentic, jp303 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing until verification is complete. In cases of suspected fraud or document tampering, jp303 may permanently close the Account and report the matter to relevant authorities.

All deposits to jp303 are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). jp303 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies and does not apply currency conversion at any stage of the deposit process. The IDR amount you transfer is the IDR amount credited to your Account balance.

5.1 Supported Deposit Methods

jp303 currently accepts deposits via the following payment methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon (bank transfer), OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja (e-wallet). 5.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. There is no platform-imposed maximum on bank transfer deposits; however, individual bank daily transfer limits set by your bank may apply. E-wallet deposits are subject to the balance and transaction limits of the respective e-wallet provider.

5.3 Deposit Processing Time

Deposits via bank transfer and e-wallet are credited to your jp303 Account instantly upon confirmation of receipt. If a deposit is not credited within fifteen (15) minutes of the transfer being completed, please contact jp303 live chat with your transaction reference number and transfer receipt.

5.4 Deposit Ownership

Funds deposited to your jp303 Account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. jp303 does not accept deposits from payment methods held by third parties. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party account will be returned and the deposit transaction voided.

Members may withdraw their Real Money Balance at any time, subject to completed KYC verification and compliance with the conditions set out in this clause. jp303 processes withdrawal requests within five (5) to fifteen (15) minutes of approval, twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week, including Indonesian public holidays.

6.1 Withdrawal Methods

Withdrawals are processed exclusively to the same bank account or e-wallet used to make the most recent deposit, or to a verified payment method registered in your own name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.

6.2 Withdrawal Limits

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Daily withdrawal limits apply as follows: standard Members may withdraw up to Rp 50.000.000 per day; VIP Members enjoy enhanced limits as communicated individually by their account manager.

6.3 Pending Wagering Requirements

Any portion of your Account balance that constitutes a Bonus Balance subject to outstanding wagering requirements is not available for withdrawal until those wagering requirements have been fully satisfied. Attempting to withdraw before wagering requirements are met will result in the Bonus Balance being voided; any winnings attributed to that Bonus Balance will also be voided.

6.4 Withdrawal Delays

jp303 reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing for up to seventy-two (72) hours where enhanced due-diligence checks are required, including but not limited to: first-time withdrawals to a new payment method; withdrawals that trigger AML monitoring thresholds; withdrawals requested while KYC documentation is under review; or withdrawals where there is a reasonable suspicion of account compromise.

7.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are available to verified Members only. KYC must be completed before any bonus winnings may be withdrawn.
• Unless stated otherwise, bonuses carry a wagering requirement of 10x (ten times) the bonus amount before withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the promotional period specified; uncompleted wagering requirements will expire at the end of that period, and any associated Bonus Balance will be voided.

Any Member found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have their Bonus Balance and associated winnings voided, and may have their account permanently suspended.

7.3 Maximum Withdrawal from Bonus Winnings

Unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion's terms, the maximum amount withdrawable from winnings generated using a bonus is capped at 10x (ten times) the original bonus amount. Any winnings exceeding this cap will be removed from the Account balance upon withdrawal request.

8.1 Sportsbook

All sports bets placed on the jp303 Sportsbook are subject to the specific rules of each sport and betting market. Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets are void if one or more legs are cancelled; the remaining legs settle as a reduced accumulator unless the promotion terms state otherwise. jp303 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering a jp303 Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of jp303's international licensing jurisdiction. To the extent that any provision of these Terms conflicts with applicable mandatory Indonesian consumer protection law, the mandatory law provision shall prevail to the minimum extent necessary to resolve the conflict.

15.1 Informal Resolution

15.2 Formal Dispute Resolution

If informal resolution is not achieved within thirty (30) days of the initial complaint, either party may refer the dispute to binding arbitration administered under internationally recognised arbitration rules. The arbitration proceedings will be conducted in English. Each party will bear its own legal costs unless the arbitral tribunal determines otherwise.

15.3 No Class Actions

Members agree to bring any dispute against jp303 solely in their individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class action, representative proceeding, or multi-party arbitration.
